   Deniz and Cem Kaya have been spending their vacations in Alacati fort he past 5 years together and 10 years separately, both are Alacati fans and have passion for windsurfing..
   Deniz Kaya has given a break in her 16 year professional business life and started this Boutique Hotel project in Alacati early July 2009 where she has been dreaming for many years.
Cem Kaya is still working in education business where he prepares students to OKS/SBS exams with his team in his own education center, Özel Cem Kaya Education and Study Center in Nişantaşı İstanbul.
   The hotel's design reflects the Kaya family's taste and love of the area, as they thought long and hard about every detail, and the end result is this peaceful heaven, a home away from home to a lucky group of travelers every year...
